over creamed leeks with lemon butter.
TERNERA ASADA
Thin slices of roasted veal with sun dried tomatoes
and green olive relish. Drizzled with raspberry
vinaigrette.

Fresh asparagus with prosciutto di parma and
mancheggo cheese. Finished with balsamic rosemary
vinaigrette.
